Android - Missing "Mark All Stories as Read" banner-ish button

HI all

I’ve been using NewsBlur on my iPad via the iOS app, the web version, and the MacOS app, and all have a wide button (looks like a banner with the NewsBlur logo in the middle, followed by “Mark All Stories as Read”). But on the Android version, I can’t figure out how to make this button appear (I know that there is the button/checkmark at the top right of the display which gives me that ability, but it’s a small button and the wide button at the end of my articles would be more useful / convenient / easier to press without pressing anything adjacent).

Am I just overlooking some obvious setting or is this an intention limitation of the Android version? (I did try it on an iPhone last year and I seem to remember a similar issue, but I was switching to a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 around that time and I can’t be sure).

Please advise… thanks in advance!

Can you post a screenshot of what you’re seeing? The three platforms should be at feature parity, esp. when it comes to the mark read buttons.

I have some nice changes coming for scrolling past the bottom of a feed and automatically moving to the next feed, but it’s not quite ready yet.

Hi… I’ve captured a screenshot for both my iPad Mini (sorry about the dark mode!) and my Galaxy Fold so you can see the difference. The only thing that I can think of is that the iPad (and the web UI) involve multiple panes on the display, whereas the Android app is only showing a single pane (which is what I want… I suppose I could fiddle with the phone unfolded to see if the app recognizes that as a wide screen and displays with multiple columns… but regardless in single-pane mode it isn’t showing the button).

Thanks again
