Android: Mark all as read on "focus" view also marks non-focus items as read

When viewing “focus” (green dot) items, I would expect that “Mark all as read” only applies to the currently visible items. But it also applies to the non-focus items.

Unless something has changed, this matches the way the webiste works.  I agree it is a bit surprising at first, though.  I think we would need an under-the-hood fix to make either one behave differently (Sam will correct me here if I am wrong).

I observe same issue on both Android and Web - Chrome view. Any update or fix?
