Just piling on to confirm the Android behaviour seen above, and that the text/story toggle no longer works.

When the entry is just a lone image, I have to toggle between text & story to see it. When the image is accompanied by text, it loads right away. Quel mystere

Next time this happens, can you try tapping once on the blank space where the story/image should be?
Still an issue today. In a normal browser it all shows properly so I really suspect something in the android app. Sometimes the switch to story / text does work, but not on all entries in the blog.
The well-ordering principle direct link entry shows fine after toggling text/story, but switching to landscape or portrait removes the image again. Reproducably.
Does that help you reproduce it too?
My android is v9, on a Nokia 7 plus, patched to p1 from August the 1st.
iāve been getting around it by using an old version of webview. i know it works with webview 63.0.3239.111. possibly it works with something newer than that, but thatās the one i had on hand.

I have twiddeled with my phone, and Iām now a developer \o/. I can see that Iām not using Androids System Webview v 72.0.3626.121, but Chrome. And downgrading isnāt really an option is it?

confirmed. the next one after 63.0.3239.111 is 64.0.3282.116 and does not work. thatās where the break was.
