I log into my account to see an entirely empty page. I have tried two different browsers. The problem has persisted since yesterday. Moreover, when I try to add my news sources back again, they don’t work and disappear upon refresh.

You’re probably on Focus mode. Change it at the bottom left of the window. Otherwise, please post a screenshot and I can see what’s going on.
