I have a short number of feeds that i watch quite intently and would love to know as soon as there is new post o them. I think it would be great to have the mobile client (android/iOS) to be able to deliver an active notification when a entry is posted in a monitored feed.

not gonna heppen, i imagine that IF notifications will be implemented, they only will show unread counter.
