Ability to refresh all feeds in a folder.

I think it’d be cool to have the ability to refresh all feeds in a folder at the same time, compared to having to go through and manually refresh (Insta-fetch) them one by one.

Thanks for the awesome app.

There should never be a need to manually refresh feeds, never mind every single feed.
