32 days after paying, still no premium access. Still trying. Still no response from you.

I paid my $24 over 32 days ago and still am not being recognized as a premium member. I emailed several times at first, then gave up. Now trying again in hopes that the mad rush has died down after the Google Reader announcement. PLEASE HELP!! I like the looks of the app and have tried to do my part correctly but am getting no response from you. Please either refund my $24 or get me access.

Sorry about that! I responded to every single email I received, but you probably got a bounced message during those first couple days. Anyway, I went ahead and upgraded you. I couldn’t find any payments, but it’s probably because you paid with Paypal and during an hour that first day that Paypal decided to not send me any API notifications. You now have a premium account for life to make up for it.

Thanks very much for taking care of this. And thanks for the premium account for life, but I would not be comfortable accepting this. I’m a big fan of paid content/service on the web and am only interested in getting what’s due, nothing more. I really like the looks of this service, and as a long-time Google Reader user, it’s a breath of fresh air. You are providing a very useful service to us power consumers of information. I’m mystified why Google is shutting Reader down, but their loss should be your gain.

Thanks again for getting this straightened out. And make sure to charge me when my renewal comes up! I have a vested interest in your continued success.
