I noticed that when I add a YouTube feed via the iOS app, I get a 500 error, but also the feed is actually added, and it loads on the next refresh.
Additionally, some of my failed attempts earlier also showed up later, but it took them some hours.
I haven’t had time to compare with the desktop / web interface.
