Why is NewsBlur encountering a problem adding this RSS feed?

Here is a link to the RSS feed I want to add. It is an XML file: https://ecf.gamd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/rss_outside.pl

Why won’t NewsBlur add it? It says there is an error.

perhaps there was a temporary glitch on their server’s end? i just copied it from your post and added it fine. try again.

Now I can’t log in to newsblur anymore. What is going on? It says no account is associated with my email address, even though I used that email address to sign up. What?
