Sam, Looks like this is working again. One of the forum admins posted this about it:
Finally got an update yesterday that they removed the block. As long as the requests from them remain at 15 per minute or less the server won’t automatically block them again.
I wanted to pass that on just in case its something that may need to be tweaked on NB end.
