Web client hangs on "ADDING..." when adding folders

When I try and add a folder in the top level (NewsBlur web client), the add folder box just stays on the “ADDING” message, and the folder is not added.

I’m using latest Chrome on Mac OSX Lion. I have a screenshot of the problem here:
