Untagging Saved Stories

It looks like the only way to un-tag a saved story right now is to go to it, switch to feed view, use the lower-right buttons to un-save it, then re-save it, removing the default tags. It would be nice if there were a simple way to remove a tag from a saved story that didn’t involve so many clicks.

Relatedly, is there a way to disable default tagging?

The Text view should work as well. But I am planning on integrating the story tag editor into the story menu so it would work from the story titles screen as well. Maybe there should be a keyboard shortcut to clear all tags from a story, but that seems oddly specific.
