A while ago, my subscription renewed for another year. A few days later, I turned off my auto-renewal for my account just in case I forgot to check next year. While my account does show that my premium sub is active, another part shows it as being inactive.
I was just curious if this was an error or maybe it isnt.
Hi, we just corresponded over email, but for anybody else wondering, that is showing that your premium archive account is enabled and active but won’t renew at the end of the term. When that date happens, you’ll receive an email letting you know you have a 1 month grace period. Hope that helps and thanks for upgrading to premium archive!
