Undisclosed limitations of NewsBlur: is there a summary?

Being new here and seeing topics like https://getsatisfaction.com/newsblur/… makes me concerned.

For example, I used “caching” functionality of Google Reader: it is really convenient, when your reader does not “forget” stuff.

May you please give summary of all “limits” that user should be aware of? Are there any other limits apart the one raised in the aforementioned topic? For example: are there limits on how long the history of the feed may be? What is the time period user may go back and still be able to read “stories”? Etc.

No official response, so will try to figure it out myself…

Another confirmation on 100 stories cap for a feed https://getsatisfaction.com/newsblur/…

Not possible to follow scientific journal subscriptions (they may spit out via rss the whole journal “issues” at once):

500-stories limit per feed (above less generous limitations are mentioned) +
14 days limit, after which “unread” status of stories is not tracked anymore:

Apparently, max amount of stories somehow depends on particular feed.

(*) Shared stories are kept forever
(*) Saved stories are kept forever (although, a number of people reporting that Saved stories functionality is not stable - items are disappearing from Saved Stories list)
