I tried to put in a Twitter feed in my Newsblur account, but I always receive the message that I have to be a premium subscriber. A friend of mine did the same a couple of time ago and for her it worked.
Do I really have to change my subscription from free to premium?
Yes and no. Yes as in you should become a premium subscriber. That’s the nature of NewsBlur, it’s a paid service with an indefinite free trial. As for Twitter subscriptions, I believe the error message should be specific, like “you can only subscribe to X Twitter feeds as a free user” or something along those lines. I don’t believe I put in any restrictions on Twitter feeds for free users, but now that I think about it I certainly should.
