I can recreate consistently in Safari and Firefox. I’m using the feed/split view. If I click the Train button in one article, dismiss the Training popup, and select another article, when I click the Train button, nothing happens.

Hmm, just tried it and it works fine. What’s your setup? Feed view? Split view? Hide story titles?
Feed/split view with titles on the left. Animations are turned off. Show tooltips is turned on. Newest First/Unread Only. Show a single story at a time. Mark story read immediately.
To hone in on the bug even further, the simplest way to replicate is to select one article then select another article. Mouse clicks register on the first article but not the second. If you select the first again, mouse clicks still do not register.
