So I’m not really sure how Global Shared Stories works - how stories are selected to show up in that feed - but it’s one of my favorite NewsBlur features. However, for the last few days, only the first 4-6 stories in the feed are new content. Then suddenly all the stories below that point are 3 months old - weirdly, specifically from August 19-20, 2013. Huh???

Do you have it set to Newest only or All Stories?
I had it on Unread/Newest. I changed it to All/Newest and that seems to have addressed the issue - I can now scroll down through many recent days of stories.
However! While I have your attention, I have also noticed that if some of the “Global Shared Stories” also appear in any of my regular feeds, it seems to destabilize the Shared Stories feed, such that the feed “loops” back to previous stories. So I’ll end up scrolling through the same 7-8 stories a few times. Like a skipping record. Then after a few skips, it always seems to correct itself and I can keep scrolling normally…it’s no big deal and I’ve gotten used to it but it’s something I’ve wondered about.
