The cursor remains an arrow when hovering over in the upper-left for accessing the "Dashboard"

When I’m not in the “Dashboard” and I hover the mouse over to the upper-left corner (where the number of red-yellow-green number of stories are displayed), the cursor remains an “arrow”. I would expect it to become a “hand”, like for any other link, it being a link as well. Is this intentional or just an overlook?

…and fixed. This was the oldest support ticket I had. 10 left…
