I just upgraded my subscription from Premium to Premium Archive. The PayPal payment went through and my account shows an expiration date of 4/6/27 but my account status is still set to Premium.
My PayPal account email is different than my Newsblur account email. I don’t know if that makes a difference.
Hi there! I took a look at your account and found the issue. When you upgraded from Premium to Premium Archive via PayPal, your new Archive subscription was created correctly, but a bug in how we process PayPal subscriptions caused the old (now-suspended) Premium plan to override the new active Archive plan during account sync.
I’ve fixed your account, you should now see Premium Archive on your account page. I’ve also fixed the underlying bug so this won’t happen to anyone else upgrading tiers through PayPal.
