It used to be Newsblur even showed the changes to a story, with previous version striked out followed by the change. I might have disabled this, but not finding a setting.
But more specifically, due to twitter I know two stories on Daringfireball have been updated after posting in recent days, neither of these stories show anything beyond their original content in Newsblur. The feed itself has the changed content and an updated time.
