Please add the feature “search by location” to your friend finder system. Search by location leads to form local communities! Note that the members of local communities are one of the main social news’ target users.

I’ll be expanding the hell out of friend search soon. It will be a whole system for finding more people, since that needs to happen in order for NewsBlur to grow. Location search will certainly be part of it. For now, I can add location to the search, but it will search for emails, usernames, and full names before it switches down to location.
Just deployed new location search. Hope that works for now.
