If I read new stories and then go to “Saved Stories” then besides my saves ones there are already read ones.
They are flagged as read - no grey ones on list.
I have to perform refresh (on main screen) to get rid of them.

Interesting catch! It looks like if you go from reading a feed to reading saved stories quickly enough, it is possible to beat the system that flushes stories from the list. I just added a quick tweak to the code that should ensure things are tidied up in a more orderly fashion. Look out for it in the next release.
I don’t have to move quickly between lists. Half hour later they are still present.
Small correction. Already read messages appear in saved stories as unread one.
Reading them again from this list won’t change their status.
