Hi recently had a yearly subscription charge from this site to paypal that I would like refunded please. I purchased the premium version last year when looking for a google reader replacement since it was at an end. Right from the start I was not happy with newsblur as it kept coming up with errors on a lot of the blogs i was subscribed to.
Other readers I found later did not have this problem and I counted the money spent on newsblur as a loss. It did not occur to me that it would automatically charge me for the next year though. Please refund my money as I checked my old account and none of the previous errors have been addressed.
