I’m interested in becoming a paying member but $99 seems a bit steep without seeing the Archive capabilities first. In the FAQ i saw some items about upgrading but nothing about downgrading or cancelling. I saw some forum posts from around 2015 saying the owner is generous with refunds, but I haven’t found any policy about cancellation or getting a refund if not satisfied. Is it possible or would it matter if I subscribe via the app or the App Store? Is there a way to subscribe monthly (lower risk in case I’m not satisfied)?
Yep, and I continue to be generous with refunds. Basically, of 30 days from purchasing the premium archive, and if you’re not satisfied, I’m more than happy to give you a refund. I will say that it’s easier for me to give you a refund if you subscribe on the web.
Good to know, thank you! I plan to subscribe to Archive after 2 more questions. How long is the 30 day trial offer valid? If I decide to cancel for a refund, how would I initiate the cancellation?
You email me for a refund, and the 30 days isnt a hard limit, just be reasonable.
I saw in the post below from Mar 2015 that a subscriber can email samuel@newsblur.com and include their username to get the refund. Is that still the correct email to use?
The 30 day limit is reasonable for me. What I meant was for prospective subscribers reading this thread in the future wondering if the 30 day refund offer is still on the table
