Reader used to have a somewhat simple but very very useful personal statistics page where I could see the feeds with the most posts, the feeds that are inactive etcetcetc
I would love to have something in Newsblur. Other useful things would be a list of broken feeds for example, since Newsblur can show that (and knows that).
