How can I reimport my listing from Google News Reader before their API shuts down? There is no options that I could find, to reimport from any sources (other than deleting my account)

You can import directly from Google Reader or from a general OPML file.
If you use the shiny, new dev site, choose the gear in the bottom-left, then Import or Upload Sites.
If you use the regular site, choose the green plus in the bottom-left, then Import from Google Reader or Upload OPML.
The latter says that it will delete your existing sites first. I don’t know if the former will do that.
