The list of stories for http://whatif.xkcd.com/ is never quite right. I have a feeling it is because the first story in the feed is just listed with the URL ‘/’ (I’m guessing), but there always seem to be some missing, and the latest one rarely has the right name or date.

This is still the case. (Premium Subscriber).
Newsblur says the RSS feed is being parsed correctly, and manually looking at it, the feed does have later stories in it.
