Problem subscribing to feed

Any idea why I cant subscribe to the feed at
http://www.4networking.biz/Forum/Rss?.. ?

When I try to subscribe, I see an error message that says “This address does not point to an RSS feed or a website with an RSS feed.”

This website does not have an RSS feed.

Yes, it does at http://www.4networking.biz/Forum/Rss?.. which is what I shared in my original post.

Worked in Google reader, and works in Hootsuite RSS

They are banning NewsBlur for some reason. Not sure why, but when NewsBlur tries to retrieve the feed it comes up empty.
