PayPal charged but subscription is not renewed

Hi!
My PayPal account was charged for a yearly subscription, but my account is not showing that my subscription has been extended.

Can someone investigate and straighten this out?

Looks like it came through on its own on the 10th for your account. But it looks like this was posted a day or two afterwards. Were you looking at a different account?
