Is it possible to pay by Paypal? I prefer doing this for amounts in US dollars because it means I don’t get a ‘foreign transaction fee’ from my card provider (Paypal does the currency conversion for me). The upgrade form only gives me Visa/MC/Amex/Discover as options.

Note that Paypal does take a percentage on the conversion (about 3 to 4% of the transaction), it’s not free.
Though it’s probably less than what some banks are billing.
FWIW, Paypal’s fees are exactly the same as Stripe’s fees, which is what the developer is using right now. It’s just a different API.
