Only displays a few folders to move feeds to in iOS

When I use the latest Newsblur app on iOS, if I choose to try to move a feed from one folder to another, only a few folders are shown. It only shows about 13 folders on my iPhone. If you try to scroll to see more, it just shows empty lines and then springs back to the list of 13. All the folders show correctly in newsblur’ website.

I can’t reproduce this one on my iPhone 6s — whether from the folder popup in the organizer or from the “Move to Another Folder” item in the site popup, I’m able to scroll through all my folders.  Does this happen to you from both places? Can you scroll at all — i.e., get to any folders which are initially off the screen?

No, I can only see the folders that it displays on screen. Trying to scroll just shows empty lines and springs back. This happens even when I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I can view all of the folders on the website but not in the app on iOS 10 on an iPhone 7

OK, that’s very weird - you shouldn’t be seeing those blank lines at all as I should have removed their display years ago!  Here’s how things look on my iPhone 6s (with the App Store version of NewsBlur):

Does the same thing happen in landscape orientation?  That’s the only thing I can think of that would let you get the menu to draw differently.  All I can think is that there’s potentially something weird in your folder list which is causing the computation of # of lines to be off.  Is there anything special about the ‘missing’ folders — naming or otherwise?

Ok. So I played around a bit and it seems that any folders with a - in it won’t appear in the move to folder list on iOS but will appear in the newsblur.com organize list. I moved everything out of the folders with dashes into folders without them and the new folder appear without dashes in iOS, but the dashes folders still don’t.

OK — this makes some sense as dashes are used internally to indicate nested folders (i.e. “Security - General” in your screenshot above).  This does seem like a bug; thanks for the report.
