One of my feeds is not updating, but...

Hi. One of my feeds does not update, but if I browse to the feed using my web browser it comes down just fine. This is the feed URL:

http://www.japancamerahunter.com/feed/

The feed statistics show an error for the feed update over and over again:
2013-09-12 20:35:40 HTTP Error (403)

Why can’t Newblur’s servers pull this feed down? How can this be fixed? Thanks.

I’m getting a 403 in my browser as well. I can’t access the feed from my own machine.

I have tried 3 different machines, on 3 different networks. They all pull the feed without issue. Newsblur is not though. Is your machine on the same network as the Newsblur server(s)?
