I like how the web interface sorts your feeds according to (presumably) how much you read them. It would be nice if there was an option for the iOS app to sort feeds in the same way so that I could have the same order in both. Or maybe I just can’t find the preference?

The web interface sorts feeds alphabetically for me. I don’t think that there’s a preference in that interface to change the sort.
After reading your reply I looked harder and found it in the web prefs:
Preferences
“General” Tab
“Site Sidebar Order”
It can be set to have the most used at the top. That’s what I’d like for iOS.
