'O' hotkey opens foreground rather than background tab

Pressing O used to open the story in a new background tab, but now it’s opening a new foreground tab instead.

Cbrome 43.0.2357.124 on Mac OS.

Take a look at my Chrome Extension. This functionality broke in Chrome 41, and the extension restores almost all of the old functionality. It’s also linked in the NewsBlur menu under Goodies & Extras.
