I just saw that I had another year of payment go through despite thinking I had cancelled. I seem to have now cancelled it as I got an email from paypal. The UI for cancelling is a bit odd as when you click the button, it says cancelled, but it continues to tell me I’m going to renew in 2015 and the “Cancel Subscription Renewal” button still exists.
This is probably my mistake, but I simply haven’t been using NewsBlur for some time. Great tool, but it just didn’t fit my needs past my first year of payment. Can I get the mistaken renewal refunded?
