Newsblur stops loading stories all the time. I’ll have 10+ unread stories on an RSS feed, but it stops loading any new stories after the fifth or sixth. I have to re-start my browser to get it to work, but it eventually stops loading stories again.
I’m using Chrome on Windows 7, both fully up to date.
