When I have a site selected in list mode and a new story is fetched for that site the new story doesn’t appear in the list. This wouldn’t be a problem, but when I press ‘n’ newsblur cycles through the existing list of stories for that site indefinitely until interrupted.

Yeah, this is a known issue since day one. I used to actually insert the new stories into the list, but this caused you to lose your position while reading. So instead I just up the unread count. Use ‘r’ to reload the current site. I wish there was a better way.
