When adding a new feed in the iOS apps, you’re prompted to choose a folder, but before you can choose the folder, the app adds the new feed to the top level and closes the prompt. There’s no way (that I’ve found) to edit a feed from within the app, so new feeds are stuck at the top level until you log in to the NewsBlur site and change it there.
