First, check that your iPhone isn’t in Silent mode (the side switch) and that the volume is turned up. Also go to Settings → Notifications and make sure sounds are enabled for the specific apps. If it still happens, restarting the phone or checking Do Not Disturb / Focus settings usually fixes it.
