Although I paid €36.00 to have a premium account I still appear to have a free account. In my account management it shows that I paid November 22, 2024, but evidently there is some problem.

That is strange, not only do I see your payment, your payment history is correct in the db, so I have no idea why you weren’t upgraded. And it was long enough ago that I no longer have logs to check why it didn’t work. Anyway, I manually upgraded you and you should have just received an upgrade email. Thanks for subscribing!
