This is a tiny issue and I don’t even know if it needs resolving, but in the interest of improving Newsblur…
As you can see in the screenshot below, the thicker scrolling image in Mountain Lion now obscures the post count. Obviously since the scrollbar disappears this is hardly a big problem, but it was causing me some headaches.
I have scroll bars turned on all the time, even in Mountain Lion, so I never noticed this. I’d give it that nudge, but it’s a pretty significant 6-8 pixel nudge, which would decrease the visible title. It would also look odd. Not sure if there’s an answer.
I’m not sure if that’s a viable solution, but shouldn’t it be possible to hook into the scrolling event? Then you could move them only during scrolling, perhaps with a little CSS animation.
