I started my Newsblur subscription around the time the media queue was added to the web version. It was great, and it was supposed to sync the queue and position with my other devices. However, it only works on the web. On Android it always starts from the beginning, so you can’t use it as a podcast player on the go.
Also, the current implementation does not have the backward/forward 30s skip that the Listen feature has. It also does not register in the Android media widget, so I cannot control it from the lock screen or change the audio output per app.
Basically, if the audio opened in the widget that the current Listen feature opens in and remembered the position I stopped listening on the web, it would be complete for me.
