You can … unless I misunderstand how you want to do it.
You can tap on the gear at bottom right, mute sites then tap the site then done (top right)

Thanks, I had no idea. I mute sites by clicking the gear in the top right, then clicking on “manage this site.” From that area, you cannot unmute a site.

Good point, it seems that isn’t working. It should say “Unmute site” in the site manage menu. You can access muted sites in the All Sites view on the feed list.

I realize it doesn’t so I made a ticket and it should be added soon
