Is there a way to set Newsblur to delete items that were marked as read?

I’m coming here form Google Reader. There, I could set the feeds to only show me read items. It’s really annoying here that I see all these things that I’ve already read still showing up in my feeds. If it’s important, I’ll save it, or mark it as unread if I want to come back later.

Switch to Unread Only in Preferences.
