Thanks for the response/update Samuel! Best newsreader around, by a mile! Night theme would take it to another level.
Add my vote for a dark theme on iOS.
A dark theme for the iOS app would make the app perfect for me. Right now I tend to use Alien Blue and read reddit at night since it has a dark theme and save the newsblur app for daylight hours.

I just invert colors on iOS using a triple press of the home button. Perfect? Nope. Workable? Yes.
unfortunately, on the iphone 6+ the triple click feature went away. you have to manually go to settings > general > accessibility > invert colors. while this used to be workable, it’s not anymore.
Weird, that’s unfortunate. Still works fine on an iPhone 6.
Another option is Reeder 2, which has a white, a light, a dark, and a black theme. I know a 3rd party app isn’t ideal, but I like Reeder 2 a lot.
I switched to Reeder because of dark theme, and with that lost a feed trainer 
Gosh, that’s a good point, I didn’t think about that. I don’t use the feed trainer (I just read my feeds), so that didn’t occur to me.
*chanting* night theme! night them! night theme!
Love newsblur, love the app, would prefer not to use third party when everything but night theme is there. I’ve tried a few others and they just don’t cut it.
