Intelligence training based on URL substring

#1

It would be great if I could perform intelligence training on URL substrings. I am subscribed to some very large aggregate feeds (e.g.: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mainfeed.aspx…) and the URLs for each content item differ:

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/oldnewthing/a…
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ericsk/archiv…

And so on. Many of these blogs are foreign language blogs for Microsoft, and filtering on individual authors means I might have to do this several times.

I’d love to see that, too!

I came here to request exactly that. I am happy that this has been suggested already.

It would prove very useful specially for feeds that link to various other sources, such as Hacker News. The Android app does not show the link (which is another issue entirely) so I can’t avoid getting into a few sites - such as the ones behind paywalls. Having a way to filter those out based on the URL would be a great way to achieve that.
