Incorrect output of saved stories RSS

Hi,

I personally use the saved stories feed to archive favorites. But since late July there’re some issues of the output contents, Please see attachments for a better elaboration.

@samuelclay you may need to add .decode('utf-8') to starred_rss feeds.

Ahh thank you, yeah I found this issue in the code but didn’t have time to fix it. I’ll try to get to it this week.
