Opened NewsBlur, it unexpectedly asked me to sign in (something I hadn’t had to do for a few years), and when I did, all of my feeds were gone, replaced by what I assume are the default set. I didn’t have my feed list backed up. Was I hacked, or am I just screwed the good old fashioned way?

I think your cookie just expired. Were you able to log back in? You probably saw the demo account’s feed, but I’m not sure why you didn’t get kicked out to the homepage.
