I can not subscribe to the forum https://4pda.to/forum

I can not subscribe to the forum https://4pda.to/forum
For example, on this forum thread https://4pda.to/forum/index.php?showtopic=1019473&st=0#entry105617593
There’s even an option to create a rss theme feed. She looks like this: https://4pda.to/forum/index.php?m=8164663&psb=bkBuQzo-OzxvQjxtOm9sPj9ucD88PT1tcEJCQDxBPz0_&act=st_rss&st=1019473

Is this problem not solvable?
Or do need to be a premium user?

Hello everyone!

I am now a premium user.
Please help in solving this problem.

Yep, I see that it should work and in fact does when I subscribe to it from my development server. You should reach out to them and ask them to unblock NewsBlur’s feed fetchers, as the publisher is restricting NewsBlur from fetching the RSS feed.

Your screenshot shows a subscription to the 4pda website, and not to a forum thread.
This works for me too.
It is necessary to subscribe to the topic of the forum. For example this: Samsung Galaxy Watch4 / Galaxy Watch4 Classic - Обсуждение - 4PDA
RSS feed threads: https://4pda.to/forum/index.php?m=8164663&psb=bkBuQzo-OzxvQjxtOm9sPj9ucD88PT1tcEJCQDxBPz0_&act=st_rss&st=1019473

This one is on Cloudflare, so it is likely Cloudflare’s bot management not including NewsBlur.

If I still understood what it is))

Feedly for example easily handles this rss

Hi, even i was facing similar issue. Just go to your firewall settings on Cloudflare and allow everyone for your feed url.

Our site’s feed url was Web News Observer for example.

Let me know if you need any assistance, and try to contact Cloudflare’s support team.

Thanks

And here I did not understand anything at all.

I am not clear on how to solve this problem.
Help me please.

Looks like they are blocking NewsBlur by IP, as when I tried it on my local, I was able to load the forum just fine. Reach out to the publisher and ask them to add NewsBlur to their allowlist.

Thank you for your time.
Maybe it would be more correct for you to come to an agreement with them? After all, NewsBlur is your project. Moreover, I do not understand what to ask for, you will be better able to explain what needs to be done.
