In my dashboard, I clicked on hide option on the links given for social features. Now those options are gone. I can access them from preferences. But is there a way I can bring them back on dashboard?
Is it possible if clicking on hide will minimize the options instead of removing them altogether?
Anything you hide on the dashboard is available in the Manage Menu. If you want to connect to facebook/twitter, you can go to Manage > Friends. If you want to see the mobile apps, go to Manage > Goodies. And if you want to train your feeds, go to Manage > Train. Nothing else can be hidden. This was by design so you could clear that off your dashboard but still get to everything that was shown.
How about showing a tool tip on hover over hide “Hide this forever”?
